Terms & Conditions

Submitting a deposit and payments for any package signifies your acceptance of Terry’s Blissful Travel’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Payments

Payments are NOT automatically processed unless you enable the Auto-Pay option at checkout. With Auto-Pay, your card will be charged automatically on the due dates shown on your payment schedule. Your monthly payment schedule will be provided to you via invoice upon booking. If you do not select Auto-Pay, you must use your invoice link to manually submit all payments. Automated payment reminders are emailed one week prior to each scheduled due date.

Credit/Debit Card Fees

A non-refundable standard convenience fee will apply to all card payments. The final amount (including convenience fees) will be displayed prior to completing your transaction.

Late Payment Fees

A non-refundable $50 late fee will automatically be added to your reservation if your monthly payment has not been received within 7 days of the scheduled due date.

Failure to Submit Payments

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current. Your invoice will clearly outline your payment plan—please add these dates to your personal calendar. If your reservation is canceled due to missed payments, a $150 reinstatement fee will be required to reactivate it (subject to availability).

Final Payment

Your final payment must be received on or before the final due date. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of your entire reservation. Terry’s Blissful Travel will not be responsible for any loss of funds resulting from cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation, all payments made to Terry’s Blissful Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. We strongly encourage you to protect your investment by purchasing travel insurance.

Passport

Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months after the travel date. Some countries require at least one full blank “VISA” page for entry stamps. Information provided pertains to U.S. citizens only—non-U.S. citizens must verify entry requirements with their consulate. Reservations must be made exactly as your name appears on your passport. No refunds will be issued for
passport-related issues.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your trip investment. You are responsible for purchasing your own insurance policy. If choosing a “Cancel for Any Reason” policy, most carriers require purchase within 7-14 days of your initial trip deposit (some on the same day). Roommates

Terry’s Blissful Travel does not assign roommates or provide roommate-matching services. It is the traveler’s responsibility to verify and validate all roommate arrangements. Refunds will not be issued for roommate-related issues.
