Reservations
Please visit www.TerrysBlissfulTravels.com or email [email protected]. All reservations must use the traveler’s full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification. Any name changes after booking will incur applicable airline or supplier fees.
Payments
All payments are processed exclusively through TravelJoy. Payments made to Terry’s Blissful Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to supplier contracts, funds cannot be returned once submitted. Clients are responsible for adhering to all payment schedules outlined in their invoice.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds are not available. If payments lapse for over 60 days, reservations are automatically canceled, and all funds forfeited. A reinstatement fee of $150 may apply for reactivation.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended and must be purchased independently. Without coverage, you assume full responsibility for loss of funds due to trip interruption, cancellation, or other issues. Terry’s Blissful Travel is not authorized to provide insurance advice but can provide provider referrals.
Passports & Visas
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure valid travel documentation. Passports must be valid for at least six months after the return date. Non-U.S. citizens must verify entry requirements for their destinations.
Hotel Accommodations
Standard twin-bedded rooms are provided unless otherwise specified. Bed types and specific room requests are subject to availability. Check-in is generally 3:00 PM and checkout at noon. Late checkout requests may incur additional costs.
Flights
Terry’s Blissful Travel is not responsible for airline schedule changes, baggage fees, or seat assignments. Once issued, airline tickets are non-refundable. Any disputes must be handled directly with the carrier.
Health & Safety
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all destination health and vaccination requirements. Consult your physician and review CDC guidelines prior to travel. Terry’s Blissful Travel is not liable for any health-related incidents.
Group Harmony & Conduct
Terry’s Blissful Travel reserves the right to remove any traveler displaying unsafe or disruptive behavior. Costs associated with early removal or return are the traveler’s responsibility.
Release of Liability
Terry’s Blissful Travel acts only as an intermediary for travel suppliers and cannot be held liable for any injury, damage, delay, or loss resulting from third-party services. Travel involves inherent risks, and by booking, travelers agree to hold Terry’s Blissful Travel harmless.
Binding Arbitration
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Arizona, pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act. By booking, travelers waive their right to a jury trial.
Photographic Release
By participating in a trip or event, travelers grant Terry’s Blissful Travel permission to use photos or videos for promotional purposes without compensation.
Website Use
Use of www.TerrysBlissfulTravels.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Terry’s Blissful Travel is not responsible for typographical errors or external links.
